   Mix water with flour (like biscuits).

   Roll out flat like pie crust.

   Sprinkle cinnamon, sugar, & pats of butter.

   Roll like jelly roll, slice, place in buttered dish.

   Mix sugar, milk, vanilla together then pour over rolls.

   Add butter then Bake.
