Layered Lemon Dessert

   First Layer: Mix and bake @ 350° for 15 min or light brown; must be cool before doing next layer.

   Second Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar then add cool whip. Pour over crust. Let set in refrigerator until set.

3. 3

   Third Layer: Mix ingredients and pour over second layer.

4. 4

   Top with remaining whip and nuts.
